Cloud Notes (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is published by QAYHAM. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Cloud Notes Android app and web app.

The short version: Cloud Notes uses Google Sign-In and Firebase to sync your notes across devices. We collect only what is needed to authenticate you and store your notes. We do not sell your personal information or read your note content for advertising.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required for the app to function:

  • Authentication information: Google account sign-in via Firebase Authentication. We receive basic profile information such as your email address and unique user ID.
  • User content: Notes you create are stored securely to enable synchronization across your devices.

2. How Your Data Is Used

  • To authenticate users using Google Sign-In
  • To sync notes across multiple devices (Android and web)
  • To maintain app functionality and reliability

3. Data Storage and Security

Notes and authentication data are stored securely using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and related storage). We do not access, read, or analyze the content of your notes for marketing purposes.

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing. Data is processed through Google Firebase services for authentication and storage.

5. Third-Party Services

Cloud Notes uses the following third-party services:

  • Google Firebase — authentication and cloud storage
  • Google Sign-In — optional sign-in with your Google account

Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your notes and associated data are permanently removed, subject to normal backup and caching practices of our service providers.

7. Children’s Privacy

Cloud Notes is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
