Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how QAYHAM (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you visit qayham.com (the “Website”) and when you use our software products. It applies to the Website and serves as the master policy for products published under the QAYHAM developer name on Google Play and other channels.
By using the Website or our products, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Who we are (Data Fiduciary)
For purposes of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), QAYHAM acts as the Data Fiduciary for personal data processed through the Website and our apps, unless a specific product policy states otherwise.
Developer / Data Fiduciary: QAYHAM
Website: qayham.com
Grievance & privacy contact:
parraybilal34@gmail.com
WhatsApp: +91 96823 18133
We will acknowledge grievances related to personal data within a reasonable time and aim to resolve them within timelines required under applicable law.
3. Scope — what this policy covers
- This Website — pages at qayham.com, including this policy and product landing pages.
- Our mobile and web applications — general principles and links to product-specific policies.
Each application may process different types of data. Where an app policy conflicts with this page on app-specific details, the app’s own privacy policy controls for that app.
4. Information we collect on the Website
Information you voluntarily provide
- If you use the contact form, it opens your email app (
mailto:). We do not receive or store form data on our servers — only what you choose to send by email or WhatsApp. - If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we receive your message content, email address or phone number, and any information you include.
Information collected automatically
- Hosting logs: Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps to deliver the site and protect against abuse. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.
- CDN / font requests: When you load the site, your browser may request resources from third-party CDNs (for example Google Fonts and Font Awesome). Those providers may receive your IP address and basic request metadata.
What we do not collect on the Website
- We do not offer user registration or accounts on qayham.com.
- We do not operate a newsletter signup on this Website.
- We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal data from the Website.
- We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data through the Website.
5. How we use Website information
We use information from Website interactions only to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide support
- Discuss projects, partnerships, or custom software requests
- Maintain the security and reliability of the Website
- Comply with applicable legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Legal basis and purpose (India DPDP Act)
Where the DPDP Act applies, we process personal data for:
- Consent — when you voluntarily contact us or use features that require it in our apps.
- Legitimate uses — responding to requests you initiate, securing our services, and meeting legal requirements.
We collect only data that is adequate, relevant, and limited to the purposes described in this policy or in a product-specific policy.
7. Cookies and local storage
The Website itself does not set analytics or advertising cookies. Third-party resources loaded by your browser (such as font and icon CDNs) may use their own cookies or similar technologies according to their policies.
Some of our apps and web products (for example Cloud Notes) may use local storage or authentication tokens on your device or browser. Those practices are described in each app’s privacy policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking third-party resources may affect how the Website looks (for example fonts or icons).
8. Third-party services
The Website and our products may rely on third parties, including:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery
- Google Fonts / CDN providers — typography and icons on the Website
- Google Play — app distribution and in-app purchases
- Google Firebase & Google Sign-In — used in some apps (see app policies)
- WhatsApp — if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp
These services process data under their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review them when you use those services.
9. Mobile and web applications
Our apps may collect and process personal data beyond what the marketing Website collects. Data practices vary by app — for example, some apps sync data to the cloud while others work entirely on your device.
Product-specific privacy policies:
- Cloud Notes — web & Android; Google Sign-In, Firebase sync
- Trade Journal — trading journal; Firebase, Google Sign-In, subscriptions
- WhatsApp Gallery — on-device media browsing; no server collection
- MeshChat — Bluetooth chat; no internet, no sign-up, no server collection
- QR Scanner & Generator
- Team Awesome Sozeith
When you install an app from Google Play, you must also review the Data safety section shown on that app’s store listing. That disclosure should match the linked policy for the app.
10. Data retention
- Website inquiries: Emails and messages are kept only as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Apps: Retention periods are defined in each app’s policy (for example, while your account is active).
- Hosting logs: Retained according to our hosting provider’s standard practices.
11. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Apps that use cloud services (such as Firebase) benefit from the security measures provided by those platforms, in addition to our own access controls and development practices.
12. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- Access — request information about data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data, subject to legal exceptions
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent
- Grievance — lodge a complaint with us regarding processing of your personal data
Under India’s DPDP Act, you may also have the right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity, and to seek remedies through the Data Protection Board of India as provided by law.
To exercise your rights, contact parraybilal34@gmail.com. For app-specific data (for example notes or journal entries), you may also use in-app account or deletion features where available.
13. Children’s privacy
Our Website and apps are not directed at children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
14. International users and data transfers
QAYHAM is based in India. If you access our services from outside India, your information may be processed in India and in countries where our service providers operate (including facilities used by Google and Cloudflare). By using our services, you understand that cross-border transfers may occur with appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
15. Google Play and advertising
Apps distributed on Google Play must provide a privacy policy and accurate data disclosures in the Play Console. We comply with Google Play Developer Program Policies for our published apps.
If an app displays advertisements (for example through Google AdMob), that app’s policy and Play Store Data safety section will disclose ad-related data collection. The qayham.com marketing Website does not display third-party ads.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes to app policies will be reflected on the relevant product pages. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
